An escape room, also known as an escape game, is a game in which a team of players cooperatively discover clues, solve puzzles, and accomplish tasks in one or more rooms in order to progress and accomplish a specific goal in a limited amount of time. The goal is often to escape from the site of the game.

We take safety measures seriously! All areas and items are sanitized before and after each game, plastic gloves are provided and all reservations are private. You will be working on your escape only with your own group. We also have masks for sale or you can bring your own. In addition, we make sure each group starts at a different time, eliminating unnecessary contact with other groups. Also you are never really locked in! so you can exit any time during the game.

We work by reservations only. Please reserve online at least an hour before the start time so we can prepare the game for you. No up front payment is required in case everyone plans to pay separately at the event. If we do not have a reservation we will not have staff at the store so walk-in at your own risk as we may be closed.

Please note that we schedule our employees 100% based on bookings and we provide them their schedules a day in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours or don't show up we still need to pay our employee to be at the store. We also lose the opportunity to book that time slot. We do not charge for the room up front. However, we do have a general 24 hour cancellation window. If you cancel within 24 hours of the game the full amount of the game will be charged on the card on file. This also applies in the case of a no show.

Please note that we schedule our employees 100% based on bookings and we provide them their schedules a day in advance. If you reschedule within 24 hours we still need to pay our employee to be at the store. You are free to reschedule with no fee associated outside of 24 hours before the game. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of the game, it needs to be done at least 4 hours before the game and we will charge the card on file for the game up front. There is NO rescheduling for a game within 4 hours of it starting and the full game will be charged to the card on file.

Games usually last about an hour depending on the team’s performance. If you are planning other events around the game, two hours would be ideal to set aside for the entire event.

Our games are suitable for all ages, although, we recommend 14+ due to the complexity and depth of the challenges you will encounter. We do suggest that groups with children under the age of 14 be accompanied by at least one adult. If you have a youth group, please contact us in advance so we can make arrangements. info@thinkescapegames.com If you have children under the age of 5 they must be in a stroller or carried the ENTIRE time inside of the game. The location is not child proofed and we are not responsible for any injuries.

Three of our rooms are not scary. If anything, they are goofy and very entertaining. 🙂 Not scary. Just scary fun. The Dollhouse is scary though, so be careful when booking it

Each game can hold up to 8 players. We can run 4 games at the same time, so a group of 32 can play simultaneously. Teams can then compete for the best time.

We work with multiple local restaurants in the area that offer catering and most of them are familiar with our setup and would be more than happy to help you organize all of your catering needs. You can either contact the restaurants directly or contact us for suggestions.

Yes we have a beer, wine and sake bar and you can take your drinks in the game with you. Make sure not to spill it...

All games are booked privately, meaning you will only be playing with your own group.

Not an issue. The games are large and the doors are never really locked so you can exit at any time during the game.

No problem! Simply reserve your desired game online for your group and we can adjust that number upon arrival. The minimum fee you will be charged is for 2 players in 3 of our games or for 3 players if you are wanting to book The Study.
